DOES VLOJELRY GUARANTEE ITS PRODUCT?
Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each product is hand checked by a member of Team Vlojelry before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Note：Items such as underwear / swimsuits are not covered by this guarantee due to hygiene considerations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than Vlojelry error, Will not be supported.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.

2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by Vlojelry:
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free.
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Vlojelry will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items(For personal reasons). Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
